Adam J Frank (Lighting Designer) - is getting very used to flying between Los Angeles and his hometown of New York.
Adam was proud to light GOODBAR with Waterwell at The Public Theater (UTR), Yale Cabaret, and NYC Summerstage. He has also lit: Critical Mass’ Alcestis at the Getty Villa; Giovanni, Traviata, Mikado at the Syracuse Opera; half a dozen musicals at The Merry-Go-Round Playhouse; and at REDCAT.
Commercial lighting designs include concerts at Universal Studio’s Hollywood, Six Flags and the Hollywood Palladium. Additionally, he participated in the CalArts / Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Initiative and presented a design for an e-ticket attraction.
Adam has assisted and interned at the LA Opera, Geffen Playhouse, Tri-Cities Opera, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, and NY Shakespeare Festival. He holds a BFA from Ithaca College and an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts, Class of 2012.
